Had a wee shopping trip to Glasgow last weekend while in John Lewis I came across
Fat Quarter for Craft in a paisley design. It totally transported me back to P7 Christmas Party.
I wore a fab 'grown-up' paisley patterned dress in all shades of orange and green. Up until then
like every other girl in class I had had a traditional party dress with a good few petticoats to help
it stick out to the width of a door frame.
My grown-up dress was bought at the local Co-operative which at that time was a busy
department store that you could buy everything in.
Anyway I couldn't resist.
The result
New cushion also got enough left to make another.
