Yesterday after a relaxed morning a browse on Country Affairs Website

I saw this

Loved it and also had the perfect place

Already had the plant, doilie and bowl.

The hall is now complete well chuffed

Her own style

Another year passes and hard to believe the girlie has started P5

She has her own style ( been reminded by a certain gentleman just like her gran)

This year it is skater style pinafores, ruffle front polo shirts, swing cardigans and black socks.

Can always make me smile

Unexpected Journey

We wakened at our usual weekday time

(it would be great to have a bit extra shut eye at the weekend but the body clock doesn't think so)

We headed on an unexpected journey to Aberfeldy we travelled up through Crieff the scenery was stunning and covered in beautiful coloured heather it was breath taking. When in Aberfeldy we spent an enjoyable hour or so at The Watermill an independent bookstore and I treated myself to a pocket size copy of The Hobbit. I am ashamed to say I haven't read it. Now I can't put it down.

On our way home we popped into Country Affair and I found this little beauty.

 

It just happened to be in my favourite green colour and just what was needed to finish off the bedroom.

 

Well pleased with the result £7 well spent
