Since we moved to 'The Village' we have been overwhelmed by how welcomed we have been made to feel by everyone. I still love walking to the local shops and being greeted by everyone you pass with a hello or good morning. Our neighbours on all sides are lovely and we count ourselves as being very fortunate. Aren't these fab? She was delighted.
I have a serious bread weakness.

Paul Hollywoods soda bread recipe doesn't require kneeding.
Result !
It tastes good too
